Heel Turn Checklist (to be practiced at a wall or counter top)
- Step three of a heel turn is Toe-Heel
- Keep the heel of the closing foot on the floor all the way in to the close
- Turn with the feet apart and close at the end of the turn. Do not turn with the feet together.
- The turn starts on the ball of the back foot, but is mostly on the heel of the back foot.
- Raise the hip of the closing foot in order to close the foot.
