Dancing Euro-style

I have just finished almost three weeks of hiking Germany’s Black Forest with day and evening trips into Alsace, France; Liechtenstein; and Zurich and Basil, Switzerland. Reconnecting with extended family, great food, perfect weather and almost constant exertion. Whew!

Dancing is everywhere, including a dance studio in France; gorgeous, natural wood paneled banquet rooms for dancing in restaurants all over Germany; and ultra-chic fashion and dance clothing in Zurich.

Still, it will be great to get back to life in the States. We sure have it made!

In the next two months, it’s Bermuda, Montreal, Portland and Hawaii!

I first met Dan Calloway when I was in college, and Dan was regularly instructing college students at various festivals and workshops across the East Coast. While I admit that we, as college students, got excited about pretty much anything related to ballroom dancing, few things got us more pumped up than a lesson from Dan.
